6 VMCHP – High Precision Diaphragm

With the new pneumatically actuated chuck 6 VMCHP, workpieces can be gripped with the highest precision and a cyclic testing repetition accuracy of <= 0.002 mm. The workpieces are pulled back on the end stop by the retracting effect of the diaphragm, guaranteeing tolerances can be kept process safe.

With ball positioning system
The ball positioning system between diaphragm and top jaws provides for a micrometer-exact positioning of the top jaws. Therefore regrinding of the clamping diameter after changing top jaws is not necessary.
With mounted dressing wheel
All of today's machines are very compactly built and space is often occupied by loading systems and sensing and measuring equipment. Therefore FORKARDT offers two chuck versions for each size: the 6 VMCHP - V2 has the smallest possible outside diameter and the 6VMCHP - V1 offers an interface for mounting a dressing wheel.
